The meeting was called to order at 6:08 p.m. PST.

Presidents Report:

Abe Rosenbloom: ARF BOD need to fill out the Duality of Interest and Self-Assessment form and mail them to Abe ASAP. Susan Tornquist gave a great ARF Annual talk at AOBA this past year

May Minutes: Allan moved to approve May minutes. Pat seconded. Passed unanimously.

Treasurer’s report. Allan moved to approve the treasurer’s report. Karen seconded. The treasurer’s report was approved unanimously. Please see the complete report for details.

Development Committee: Patricia reports that the Development Committee met last night and the updated amount for the stud raffle tickets was $3950. Rachelle Black made some good contacts while working the ARF booth at AOBA. The development committee explored new ideas for fundraising.

ARF Website: Patricia reports that Website discussion for make-over is still is in the works. No final decisions have been made at this time.

MAF & LMRG Update: Allan requested reimbursement to ILR for ARF’s share of LMRG teleconferencing. Karen seconded. Approved unanimously.

New Business:

Proposal Review: Three ARF proposals were reviewed. Nine MAF proposals were reviewed.

Next meeting is scheduled for 6:00p.m. PST, July 28, 2009.

Abe moved to adjourn the meeting. Michelle seconded. The meeting was ended at 7:39 p.m. PST.
