The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. PST.

Presidents Report:

April Minutes: Allan moved to approve April minutes. Patricia seconded. Passed unanimously.

Treasurer’s report: Pat moved to approve the treasurer’s report. Lisa seconded. The treasurer’s report was approved unanimously. Please see the complete report for details.

Development Committee: Patricia reports that the Development Committee is exploring new ideas for fundraising, and brainstorming ideas for an ARF website makeover.

MAF & LMRG Update: The LMRG will meet on 6/2/09 to review the current MAF L/A Division proposals. The MAF SAB will consider and rank these proposals on Thursday, June 25, during the annual MAF meeting in Denver, CO. Pat and Allan plan to attend the session to provide ARF and LMRG input regarding the proposals.

New Business:

Abe Rosenbloom: Abe, Pat and Randy will attend the 2009 AOBA Annual ARF lecture and Abe will be presenting the ARF update at the ARI meeting on Friday morning.

ARF BOD continues its review of the 2009 proposals.

Next meeting is scheduled for 6:00p.m. PST, June 23, 2009.

Abe moved to adjourn the meeting. Michelle seconded. The meeting was ended at 7:09 p.m. PST.
